身體老化是人體的一種自然現象。每一個人都一定會面對身體逐漸老化所帶來的問題。通過適當地運動是否能緩解身體老化所帶來的影響?歡迎參加由新加坡潮州八邑會館與資深物理治療師黃伊娜女士聯合舉辦的線上英語講座 《如何緩解身體老化?》,一起來深度探討身體老化所帶來的徵兆,及如何有效地治療與緩解老化所帶來的影響。我們也安排了一小段的運動示範時間,教大家如何居家練習!

Aging is a natural phenomenon that happens to everyone but what if we can reduce the effects it would have on us through exercising? 
Join Ena, Senior Physiotherapist from One Physiotherapy to find out more about what signs to look out for, how to go about treating the problem and reducing the effects of aging on oneself. 
There will be a short exercise session as well.
