加拿大潮屬社團總會簡介
加拿大潮屬社團總會（Canada Teochew Federation）由溫哥華潮州同鄉會（创立于1987年）與加拿大潮商會（创立于2012年）兩會合併而成立。2022年6月26日，溫哥華潮州同鄉會、加拿大潮商會成功召開兩會特別會員大會，對兩會合併進行表決，最終出席會議的全體會員一致投票讚成兩會合併，合併後的新會命名為加拿大潮屬社團總會（Canada Teochew Federation）。
加拿大潮屬社團總會于2022年9月28日正式完成相關政府法定登記手續。在2022年11月12日召開的第一次會董大會上，通過民主推薦並投票確定，選舉陳育昭先生為加拿大潮屬社團總會首屆會長。2023年1月1日，加拿大潮屬社團總會於正式啟動會務，承擔溫哥華潮州同鄉會與加拿大潮商會兩會一切事務，履行兩會一切責任與義務。
加拿大潮屬社團總會秉承兩會愛國愛鄉、熱心公益的潮人文化傳統，團結潮人、加深鄉情鄉誼、弘揚潮州文化、促進潮人工商業發展，並積極參與各種社區活動和各種慈善活動，繼續為居住地、為家鄉、為國際社會的發展貢獻力量，將紅頭船精神發揚光大。
Canada Teochew Federation was established by the merger of Teo Chew Society of Vancouver (Established in 1987) and Canada Chaoshan Business Association (established in 2012).
The special general meeting was successfully held by Teo Chew Society of Vancouver and Canada Chaoshan Business Association on June 26th, 2022. The members of the two associations attending the meeting unanimously voted in favor of the merger of the two associations. The new name of the merged new association is Canada Teochew Federation.
Canada Teochew Federation officially completed the government statutory registration procedures on September 28th, 2022. After the vote, with the democratic recommendations, Mr. Byron Yuk Chiu Chan was elected as the very first president of Canada Teochew Federation on the first general meeting of directors on November 12th, 2022.
Canada Teochew Federation officially started Federation servicing on January 1st, 2023. The Federation takes over all the work from Teo Chew Society of Vancouver and Canada Chaoshan Business Association, and performs duties and obligations from both associations.
Canada Teochew Federation upholds the tradition of two associations: love our country and our hometown, devote servant of public spirit; unite Teochew people, strengthen the friendship with hometown, carry forward Teochew culture, promote Teochew’s industry and commerce, actively participate various community affair and charity event; continue contributing to the development of where we live, our hometown, the international society; and carry forward the spirit of Red Head Boat.
